NIU APP: where to check the 3 years of connectivity service for free

I bought the NIU NGT with the Indiegogo campaign and it is supposed to provide a 3 years of connectivity service for free.
I tried to verify it in the app but I didn’t find anything about that neither searching on internet. I’m wondering if anyone of you know where I can check it.

Die ersten NIUs in Europa wurden im Herbst 2016 verkauft. In sofern würde eine Zahlung frühstens im Herbst 2019 erfolgen. Bisher habe ich auch noch nichts konkretes dazu gehört, weder ab wann eine weitere Gebühr erhoben wird, noch deren höhe. In sofern würde ich erwarten, das spätestens Anfang 2020 feststeht, ob NIU Gebühren erheben wird und in welcher höhe die ausfallen.

I find a little bit strange that there are no reference at all at this service except for one newsletter from the Indiegogo campaign where they simply write that it's free for 3 years. I searched on google, in the manual and in the app without any results and when I asked to the people in the store where I received my NGT they thought the service was free only for 1 year.
