I'm from China! I use all Ecooter models, I've taken them apart and fixed all the problems! E1/2/3/5 models! If you have a problem that I can't fix or can't find, I can do it for you for free!

The last question about an ECOOTER E2s was about the battery SOC shown as 0% on the display, while the battery was fully charged.
An other question was about problems with the start of/switch in battery charging.
Maybe it will be helpfull, if You could tell us about the connector pin functions (pin assingnment) of the ECOOTER battrery plug/socket.
Is it this connector type?

If the meter shows 0% charge, there are two problems! 1. If you have changed the power cord or battery socket, please check again whether the communication line is connected correctly! 2. The battery BMS communication fails. In this case, the BMS failure rate is 60%! If you don’t understand what I mean, please contact me via Whats App: +86 18160932618

I´m very happy, that there is somebody like you!!! - I bought in Austria a month ago an Ecooter E3R (at the smart app it´s called: E3 L3e D). Unfurtunately the dealer/importeur has got insolvent at the moment, so that I dont know, how to get guaranty in case of needed.
But till now I m happy with the Roller and rode it already 1,1K km without realy problems.
But I have some questions, more to the App, than to the bike itself: To the bike: The only thing which doesnt make me so happy is that bit of noise it makes. Especially at a tempo-range from about 40 to 55 km/h it s a sort of high noise that in case you have an echo from buildings etc. it nerves a bit.
Is this realy the sound of the electric motor? If you accalerate it gives you a bit the feeling from giving gas on a conventional bike. But in some case I would prefer being nearly noisless on an electric bike. Like I m get used from my E.F.O. 2000.
Question to the Ecooter smart App: In generaly a cool app. Linking it to the bike with my Samsung was easy; my wife with her iphone 13 could also be linked to it easyly. I have already prolonged the SIM-Abo; there I would have needed your help, because the most explantation to sign was in Chinese; I simply trusted, that I did the right thing an may be charged with about 35 $ p. a. - Now the core of my question: In the beginning the app drew every route I made, on a exact map (a map which showed my homtown streets and sites all in German and in Chinese, what I found funny); Then - for a while - this feature has vanished completly: there was no rout and no map. - After paying, it showes the shape of the route - and mayby if you zoome out - some rivers an sees, but not any map items: only the shape of the route on a white bottom and a point with max. speed.
How the find the bike in case of it is lost ore stolen? - If I use "finden" (the 3rd Icon on the white bottom-line), it comes "Keine".
I would be very happy if you could answer some of my questions! Thanks a lot for it!

Ehrlicherweise war er bisher keine große Hilfe, ich wäre auch skeptisch mit ihm in Kontakt zu treten.
Ich weiß nicht, was genau seine Intention ist. Er ist auch auf Facebook aktiv. Das meiste was er da macht ist Marketing für ecooter.
Ich denke nicht, dass er jemand offizielles von ecooter ist.

Was die App betrifft, wird bei mir aktuell auch nur der GPS Pfad, aber keine Karte angezeigt.

Regarding the problem you mentioned, since I don't have a more detailed judgment at present, if there is a chance, I still hope you can provide the SN code of the vehicle. If the data provided by the GPS to the background remains unobstructed, I observed your data and found that your vehicle is a 2019 E2S! Have you changed the GPS during this period?
