Converting former Rental

Hello All
I used to work for a company that rented NIU N series scooters as a mechanic. We had some scooters that had 1500w motors & some with 3000w motors. Both were dual battery setups. 1500w scooters probably purchased in 2018-19 & the 3000w scooters 2019-2020. I was able purchase one of the old scooters that has a 3000w motor when they went out of business. I would like to make it perform better & be more like one purchased for private ownership (key for "ignition", steering lock for security, more speed, remote unlock/start, app access, etc.). Since this was a rental unit there is no information as to what model it is. I know most of what I need can be purchased on AliExpress. Currently I use a H1 to turn on & off the scooter.
I have 2 FOCs that work with my scooter.
1) Labeled as N1SP-QS-3000W-M9 Part#10203164 has 1 mode maximum speed of around 48 km/h (30 mph) was our standard FOC in the rentals. I have a FOC file for this motor but does anyone know what model this FOC is for? I was not able to find the part associated to a model.
2) Labeled as NGT-3000W 70KM M9 Part#10203064 It runs slightly better with 2 modes with top speeds of 37 km/h (22 mph) & 68 km/h (41 mph) in each mode. I've confirmed it as a NGT FOC. This was salvaged from a demo moped from NIU but not part of the rental fleet. I do not have a FOC file for this.
I would like to flash these FOCs to unlock their modes & performance. As stated above I do have some FOC files from work but 1 is for the 1500w FOC & the other is for the 3000w FOC both are speed limited to 48 km/h (30 mph). I did see that there is the FOCNGT80.bin but I haven't found a link for it. Does anyone have any FOC files for these controllers? Even the default files will probably be better than what I currently have. I've found a few files in this forum FOCN45.bin & FOCN55.bin. For those of you that has flashed your FOCs with these files were these just for 1500w FOCs or did 3000w FOCs work as well. If anyone wants to try out my FOC files I can post them.
I am located in the United States & my apologies for not posting in German
