Re: HILFE Motorsensorverkabelung
This topic is real sh..t. I've never seen that before and I have no information about that.
I may confirm that the circuits in the linked service manual are the most actual one I have, esp. the powertrain section. But the pin numbers there do not help with 7 pins on a 8 ppin connector.
We need a pic. VOTOLs with hall do not have the extra plate on the axis secured with three screws.

Looking on the first pic in this thread: regard "red" as a kind of pink or "pig red". A better pic of both sides of the PCB could help to identify +5V, GND and the temp sensor lines (I think the extra 2pin cable is it and there's only a connection on the PCB.) The remaining three pins must be the hall sensor lines, but this is only half the truth: there's - as far as I understand - only one of six combination which will work.

Re: HILFE Motorsensorverkabelung

Re: HILFE Motorsensorverkabelung
hello Peter, there are 32x magnets and they are 27.50mm in lengthPeter51 hat geschrieben: ↑Mo 21. Apr 2025, 12:04E-mail: info@qs-motor.com
I would send the Foto to QS- Motor. I think the Motor is from them. I have a question too: The Motor ist open. How long are the Magnetics? 45mm?

Re: HILFE Motorsensorverkabelung
I will take more photos today of both sides of the sensor board. The bike was sold new in the UK and is fitted with a Votol 150/2 controller to a telemetry developer who were working for the importer. It got wet in flood, the battery is ruined but I hoped to salvage the rest of the bikePfriemler hat geschrieben: ↑Di 22. Apr 2025, 08:28This topic is real sh..t. Re: HILFE Motorsensorverkabelung
Can you read the markings on the decoder chip? This this one is able to work in hallsensor mode (HSM).

May be we can work out the pinout with the datasheets of the chips on the pcb?
