3kw e-scooter cooperation partner needed

from our side , we have good controller supplier that Japanese company technology in Shanghai and wuxi .
I ever did 105pcs to Sweden with 2200watt controller and 48v 46ah lead acid scooter ,
this scooter with top speed 55kmph, ( 45kmph limit )the range 61km real record ...
from my experience , the 3kw scooter are popular in EU.
