I've read through your data sheets.
You write: silicon batteries. These are only produced in China, not in Taiwan. Only one chinese company hold the patents and produces them. So the information you give here is wrong.
For the lithium batterie (zp3000W) you write: "1000 cycles". Taiwanese batteries (e.g. PSI/BMI) advertise with 3000 cycles and more, even Thundersky writes 2000 cycles up to 3000 cycles. It seems you use very cheap batteries. You didn't mentioned BMS, probably you don't have one (all the lithium battery companys in Taiwan have BMS / VMS available). Your scrap batteries are produced in China and the information you give here is wrong.
You write: Controller with "power change button". This is old technologoy and has been used only with chinese controllers, the old fashioned ones. There are no electric scooters from japan or taiwan that have a combination of power button and brushless motors. Even the newer chinese scooters don't use this old technolgie, they have controllers based on Infineon chips.
You write on the controller data sheet: 130Arms/1min. I don't want to read rms, I want to read the real amperage. RMS means nothing!

There are two possibilities:
- You don't know what you want to sell (are you Mr. Chen ?)
- or you tell lies

Um es nochmals klar zu stellen: der Kollege ver**scht uns mit dem Spam. Die Silizium-Batterien werden ausschließlich in China von einer Fabrik hergestellt. Es gab zweitweise eine zweite chinesische Fabrik, die minderwertige Fälschungen herstellte, die ziemlich schnell weggestorben sind.
Wenn die Batterien schon aus China kommen, kann man sich ausrechnen, wo das Ladegerät herkommt. Aus Taiwan ist da jedenfalls nichts eingebaut.

Selbiges betrifft Motor und Controller. Es ist zwar nicht auszuschließen, dass im Controller auch mal ein in Japan hergestelltes Bauteil eingesetzt wird, aber Controller und Motor lassen auf rein chinesische Bauart schließen.
Die Anzahl der im Datenblatt angegebenen Ladezyklen für die Lithiumbatterien sind selbst für Thundersky-Akkus zu wenig, da wird also etwas mit noch billigerer Machart eingebaut sein.

Die Roller müssen ja qualitativ nicht schlecht sein, aber jemandem vertrauen, der das Geschäft schon mit Lügen eröffnet ...

about the battery , I should say the taiwan company in our mainland produce it, just like your BMW company has a company in China, see the battery website www.greensaver.cn.

about the Lithium battery BMS, we know the Chinese company technology level, there is use in the market , however, we don't recommend it to users' purchasing but as our development direction . we have used Thundersky lithium battery in our 3000w but only sent one for Stockholm buyers' sample, for his favourate.

about the battery cycle life time, I am not a technician, but I know there are two type, one is Mn(?), another is LiFePO4. so different Lithium battery cycle time is different and cost is also different, so just talking about the cycle time is from one side .

about the controller , this is produced by Japanese company in shanghai , so the technology is Japan, you can go to visit it if you like to go to Sweden, we paid you the travel fee. the controller most advantage is the high torque which can climb the 12degree slope with zero start.. especially in Austria hill road, I think.

about power push botton, I know old E-max in Nanhai ,Foshan,guangdong province ever used it. we also use it , the use of it is short the one wire and add the current and toruqe while climbing the slope...this help those users in countryside where has hills. you also can know the new E-max has a booster now. I don't mean the whole eletric scooter are from Japan or Taiwan.

thanks for telling the situation. The information you gave in your first post and on your data sheet is very misleading. And there are some people around that read in additional forums like visforvoltage, endless-sphere and so on. So I knew before that there is a company named topmotorx.
And I know the results of the chinese BMS, even that of Thundersky, which has been tested here in Germany, too

There are three chemistries, LiCo, LIMn, and LiFePo4. For electriv vehicles, LiFePo4 seems to be best, if used with a BMS and battery heating during winter time.

I even know that the actual E-Max has a Power button, and some of the drivers told they won't need it, the scooter has enough power in all situations without the power button. I really don't see any reason today building a controller with a power button, if you use a modern electronic design and good software for the controller. Additionally, I think, the new E-Max is too expensive, and at the moment there is no Lithium option available, only the old SLAs.

Sweden is too far away from Germany to travel - and the journey would be too expensive, too. It would be cheaper to send a controller from China to Germany

Nobody in Germany would buy a scooter from Sweden. If you want to sell your bikes in Germany, you need a reliable distributor in Germany with technical knowlegde. It is not enough to build a good quality bike when your distributor isn't able to help his customers, even if there is a simple technical problem with the bike. You find a thread here with 79 pages only for one scooter and 6 customers trying to get their damned thing do work - no help from any distributor / dealer is available.
At the moment it is an adventure buying an electrical scooter in Germany, and I believe in whole Europe. Most of the distributors / dealers haven't enough technical knowledge for this business. When I asked my dealer for a Lithium-upgrade he told me that he doesn't know anything about batteries. Therefore I did all conversions on my own, searching and buying the right LiFePo4-cells, and next weekend I will build my own BMS ...

It is good that you are not Mr. Chen, I've read enough about his understanding of customers care

Leider hat Stw wirklich den Nagel auf den Kopf getroffen. Ich mache mir jetzt auch nicht die Arbeit meine
Worte zu übersetzen. Dafür gibt es ja Programme. Wenn es Einer lesen möchte wird er es schon schaffen.

Es ist nicht nur ein Abenteuer einen e-Scooter auf Deutschlands Strassen zu bewegen, sondern auch eine
gewisse Herausforderung, die aber leider nicht lange anhält. Zu häufig sind die Fehler und zu schlecht die
Verarbeitung. Wenn dann auch noch die Logistik kläglich versagt, stellt man das Teil lieber in die Ecke.
Damit ist man gut beraten oder hilft sich irgendwie selbst. Wenn man denn die Zeit dazu hat.

Die Teile müssen einfach besser werden, die Versprechungen realitätsbewuster, dann hat das Zukunft.
Aber leider muss so ein Teil Krach machen, stinken und rauchen damit es in Deutschland gekauft wird.

Auch nützt es recht wenig wenn der Importeur als Erstlieferung ein Topmodell der Kategorie AA erhält,
die Folgelieferung aber nur aus E-Schrott besteht. Qualität hat ihren Preis, aber Schrott bleibt Schrott.

Um auf dem Markt in Deutschland etwas zu bewegen, muss es Roller geben die funktionieren, ohne
Wenn und Aber. Die Folgekunden müssen sehen es funktioniert ja doch. Aber die sechs Käufer des
anderen Themas, möchte jetzt nicht wissen wieviele Folgekunden davor abgeschreckt wurden.

Gebe Dir vollständig recht.
Vertreibe selbst (aus einer Palette von mögliche Elektrorollern) nur einen Einzigen Type, denn nur hinter dem Stehe ich auch.
Eigentlich sollte nach meinen Erfahrungen schon jeder Elektrorollerfan so ein Ding Fahren.
Ja ich weiss, der Tacho geht vor aber mein Roller schafft trotzdem locker die 90Km/h (wenn er frisch geladen ist) danach bis kurz vor tiefenentladungsschutz immer noch lockere 80.
Ja ich weiss er kommt aus China, hat sich aber schon 3700 Km mit meinen 96 Kg (die sind leider noch beschönigt) auf härtesten Strecken (Hochblauen, Riedbergpass,Bodensee,...) bewährt.
Ja einen Kabelbruch hatte er mal.
Ersatzteil bestellt und ausgewechselt.
Ah, ja noch eines, bei mir nicht bestellen, ich bin ein ganz frischer Händler (und bei denen soll man ja nicht bestellen wie Ihr schreibt) voller Euphorie für Elektrofahrzeuge.
Habe auch keine Werkstatt im eigentlichen Sinne.
Viel zu teuer, und diese Fixkosten würden ja auf die Käufer umgelagert.
Dafür habe ich einen Anhänger als Werkstatt, fahre zu den Orten an denen meine verkauften Elektroroller (die defekten) stehen und versuche die Reparaturen
vor Ort zu erledigen.
Geht das nicht stelle ich dann meinen Roller für die Zeit der Reparatur zur Verfügung.
Der defekte Roller wird dann zum Haupthändler gebracht.
Kein Roller ist jedoch bisher mit einem Schaden zurück gekommen, bin jedoch erst ca. 3 Monate Händler im Raum Konstanz.

Nein, das schreiben wir nicht. Die Empfehlung ist, einen Händler zu nehmen, der auch Support durchführt und nach Möglichkeit in der Nähe seine Niederlassung hat. Also keinen Dropshipper oder Kistenschieber.

Hi! Mal ´ne kurze Frage. Ist der im ersten Artikel gezeigte Motorroller nicht der, den es ab demnächst bei Tchibo zu kaufen gibt? Dann hat die Firma ja ihren Vertreiber in Deutschland gefunden und ich danke für die Vorwarnungen.

Der Roller muß nicht baugleich sein. Zum Teil kupfern die Chinesen das Design voneinander ab oder haben, gerade bei den Verkleidungsteilen, die gleichen Zulieferer. Die ware Herkunft des Rollers sieht man zumeist erst, wenn man einen Blick in die Papiere wirft.
Der Roller von Tchibo muß nicht schlecht sein, zumal dort ein Werkstattnetz hintersteht, das auch eine Reihe von Baumarktrollern betreut. Ob das den Mehrpreis gegenüber anderen Rollern mit ähnlichen Leistungswerten rechtfertigt, muß man wohl für sich entscheiden. Wenn man keine Möglichkeit hat, kleinere oder gar größere Defekte selbst zu beheben, aber unbedingt E-Roller fahren möchte, dann ist man damit gar nicht mal so schlecht bedient. Dann bleibt nur noch die Frage, warum man nicht für die Hälfte des Geldes nicht doch lieber einen Benziner kaufen sollte.
