I managed to reprogram my OEM controller LBMC060122HK3AEU-M6 (LBC136.001D) on my Tromox Mino B.
I used following parameters:
Motor Design RPM = 1890
High-Speed Percent = 130
Flux Max.Peak Current = 30
It runs around 60-61km/h.
I used an USB->RS485 converter with a linear regulator to bring the 5V down to 3.3V.
https://let-elektronik.dk/usb-to-rs485-module.
I connected pins as follows:
pin 29 (3.3V)
pin 7 (Ground) maybe this pin should be connected to pin 16 which seems to be the real GND from connector overviews, but I have not tried yet.
pin 13 (RS485 A)
pin 23 (RS485 B)
Just downloaded parameters, changed them, and uploaded them again.
I plan to convert from chain to belt drive, so I might end up with different parameters when finished.
To be continued...

Nothing will change with the belt drive. The gear ratio is exactly the same.
Chain: 13/46 = 0.2826
Belt: 22/78 = 0.2820

@Nickster: Did you measure with GPS or did your speedometer show the speed?

Can you also post pictures of all parameters?

I am a little confused. The parameter motor design rpm does not exist if I download the data from the standard controller 60122. Is it the Motor Max RPM you changed to 1890???

You have different controller. The OEM controller LBMC060122HK3AEU-M6 (LBC136.001D) has "Motor Design RPM" (rated motor speed, at rated voltage 63V, 3.7V * 17 = 62.9V). "Motor Max. RPM" is motor speed witout load, at rated voltage 63V. It's all with "High-Speed Percent" = 100, "Flux Max.Peak Current" = 0.
Some controllers have "Motor BEMF Contstant", and others have "Motor Design RPM".
Controller FOC file, offset 001Dh: A0
: (bit 6 = 0, Motor BEMF Constant)
: (bit 6 = 1, Motor Design RPM)
This value can't be changed.
You can see my settings for Tromox Mino with controller LBMC072122SHK3AP-M29 (LBC100.029D).
viewtopic.php?f=163&t=22468&start=230
Max. possible speed for "Tromox Mino" = 58km/h, for "Tromox Mino B" = 58km/h*449mm/410mm=63.5km/h.

I have the OEM controller LMBC060122HK3AEU-M6 (LMBC 136.001D)!

What LB GUI version do you use?
Try LB GUI v121.20.2300

Thats the version I am also using. Do you still have your original controller. That you can also try it with that software version. Maybe the speed determining parameters are the high percentage (130 %) value and the flux max peak current (30).

With original controller I have the same setting as with LBMC072122SHK3AP-M29 (LBC100.029D). Right now checked old screenshots and FOC file. LB GUI v121.20.2300.
0206h: 08 CA : Motor Design RPM (2250)
0208h: 08 CA : Motor Max. RPM (2250)
The speed determining parameters are the high percentage (130 %) value and the flux max peak current (30).
High-Speed Percent = 110, Flux Max. Peak Current = 10 (original Tromox Mino settings, 10% acceleration, 46*1.1=50.6km/h)
High-Speed Percent = 120, Flux Max. Peak Current = 20
High-Speed Percent = 130, Flux Max. Peak Current = 30
Anyway, acceleration enabled only if High-Speed Percent > 100.
"Motor Design RPM" / "Motor Max. RPM" define torque that controller use for maintain speed. Optimal value for Tromox Mino = 0.84, or 16% of the speed slip (69 km/h without load and 58 km/h with rated load). I determined this by experimental measurements. Any deviation from this value does not give positive results.
